Stephen joined Farlie Turner in April 2018 as Managing Director of Energy and Power Mergers & Acquisitions. Stephen has also served as M&A Principal - International Energy and Power for London-based EH Global Capital and East West Global Capital since March 2017. Prior to that, Stephen was Managing Director of International Energy and Power Mergers & Acquisitions at Wells Fargo Securities International from 2013-2016. During this time, Stephen was based in London, UK, managed Energy and Power client development and transaction execution globally outside of the U.S. and Canada and partnered with a network of over 40 leading financial institutions around the world. From 1998-2013, Stephen served in various Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance roles with Wells Fargo Securities (and its predecessors Wachovia Securities and First Union Securities) in Houston, Texas including Managing Director Mergers & Acquisitions where he led M&A for the Oilfield Services and Oil & Gas sectors of the Energy industry from 2012-2013. Stephen began his investment banking career with Jefferies & Company's Energy Corporate Finance group in Houston, Texas in 1996. During his 20+ year investment banking career, Stephen has executed more than US$22.7 billion in M&A transactions and raised more than US$18.1 billion in equity and debt capital for his clients. Stephen graduated in 1997 with a B.A. in Chemistry from Rice University. He currently lives in Houston, Texas.
