Zaheed Kajani joined Evercore in January 2019 as a Senior Managing Director in Evercore’s Technology Corporate Advisory business and is based in Menlo Park where he focuses on the Global Internet and Digital Media sector. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Kajani was a Managing Director and Global Head of the Internet and Digital Media Practice at Citi. Over the course of his career, Mr. Kajani has advised on more than 100 transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and pre-IPO capital raises. Mr. Kajani has worked with a number of innovative companies across the globe including Alibaba, Bonobos, Deezer, Delivery Hero, GrubHub, Mercado Libre, Naspers, Paytm, Roku, The RealReal, Softbank, The Trade Desk, Upwork, Wayfair, and Zillow. Mr. Kajani has a B.A. in Political Science from UC Berkeley, a J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law, and an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
