YeTing Liu is a Managing Director in the firm’s corporate advisory business focusing on our activities in China. Since joining Evercore, Ms. Liu advised Anbang Insurance on its acquisition of Fidelity & Guaranty Life, Ophir Energy on its 20% farm out process to Pavilion Energy, China Three Gorges on their overseas expansion strategy and renewable energy initiatives, the investment and partnership agreement between Great Point Energy and China Wanxiang Holdings, and advised the Special Committee of the board of Alibaba on the restructuring of its interests in the SME Loan Business and Alipay. Prior to joining Evercore, Ms. Liu worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at UBS Investment Bank focused on a broad range of industries, where she advised Omrix Biopharmaceuticals on its sale to Johnson & Johnson and Fenway Partners’ acquisition of Preferred Freezer Services. Ms. Liu graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Computer Science and Finance with Highest Honor and received her M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University. Ms. Liu is a native Chinese speaker.
