Will Jurist is a managing director in the firm’s corporate advisory business and focuses on advising clients across the consumer retail sector. Since joining Evercore, Mr. Jurist has been involved in many of the firm’s highest-profile deals in the consumer retail sector, including advising Whole Foods on its sale to Amazon, Pinnacle Foods on its sale to Conagra Brands, Coach on its acquisition of Kate Spade, and Kellogg on its sale of Keebler Brands to the Ferrero Group. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Jurist worked at Morgan Stanley in the investment banking division. He graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Morehouse College with a B.A. in economics and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.
