Vinay Kameswaran is a Managing Director in the financial technology group of Evercore’s corporate advisory business. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Kameswaran was an Associate in the Financial Institutions Group at Citibank. Mr. Kameswaran’s transaction experience includes advising Paypal on its acquisition of iZettle; Aperture Group, the parent company of OptionsHouse, on its sale to E*TRADE Financial; GLG on its sale of a minority stake to SFW Capital Partners; E*TRADE Financial on the sale of its market making business to Susquehanna International Group; and IPOs and follow-on offerings for WisdomTree Investments and Virtus Investment Partners. Mr. Kameswaran received a B.Eng in Electronics and Telecommunications from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
