Victor Chan is a Managing Director in Evercore’s Corporate Advisory practice based in New York. He is focused on advising clients across the technology sector. Select transactions on which Mr. Chan has advised include MTS Systems on its sale to Amphenol, SLDLaser on its sale to Kyocera, Roku on its acquisition of Dataxu, Rackspace on its acquisition of Onica, Virgin Pulse on its sale to Marlin Equity, Razer on its IPO, and Siris Capital on its acquisition of Polycom. While at Evercore, Mr. Chan has worked with clients across gaming, consumer electronics, industrial technology and other sub-sectors in technology. Prior to Evercore, Mr. Chan covered the Financial Technology sector as part of Citigroup’s Financial Institutions investment banking practice. Previously, Mr. Chan was at Standard & Poor’s. Mr. Chan received a BS, with a dual concentration in Finance and Marketing, and a MBA from Georgetown University.
