Sachin Aggarwal is a managing director in the firm’s Equity Capital Markets advisory business. He is focused on the origination and execution of public and private equity and equity-like transactions. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Aggarwal was a managing director in the equity capital markets group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he had several roles, including senior deal captain on the syndicate desk, co-head of private capital markets, and senior originator across both cash and structured equity products. Mr. Aggarwal started his career in investment banking in the corporate finance group at Merrill Lynch, focusing on financing advisory and M&A tax structuring. Mr. Aggarwal has a B.S. and an M.S. in finance from the Pennsylvania State University.
