Peter Fearnley is a Managing Director in Evercore’s European Debt Advisory Business, based in London. Mr. Fearnley advises corporates, private equity, infrastructure funds and governments on a broad range of debt financing transactions, with a particular focus on infrastructure, real estate, energy and structured finance. His recent clients include AA plc, Thames Water, Scotia Gas Networks, Severn Trent, Calisen plc, Intergen, JPM Asset Management, Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, Ardian Infrastructure, Alinda, Morgan Stanley Infrastructure, USS, Arcus, Ventient Energy, HC-One, Voyage Care, Affordable Housing & Healthcare Group, Goodenough College, Pharos Energy plc, Svenska, NewAge, EnQuest. Prior to joining Evercore in 2014, Mr Fearnley was a Director in Rothschild’s Debt Advisory team where he had worked since 2007. Mr Fearnley has a BA from Nottingham Business School and qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte.
