Peter D. Brundage is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Evercore’s Dallas Advisory Practice. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Brundage was Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs, where he worked for over 30 years. During his career, Peter advised companies throughout the Southwest on a wide range of transactions including financings and mergers & acquisitions. He has worked extensively with companies in the Energy, Industrial, Consumer, and Technology markets. Peter currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Baylor Healthcare System, the Finance Committee of the AT&T Performing Arts Center and Board of Directors of the Susan G. Komen Foundation, where he is the incoming Chairman of the Board. Peter is a past Chairman of The College Foundation of the University of Virginia and a Trustee of the Boys and Girls Clubs in the Southwest Region. Peter earned a BA from the University of Virginia and an MBA from The Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
