Olivier Christnacht is a Managing Director of Evercore’s Strategic Advisory business, with over 12 years of corporate finance experience in the technology sector. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Christnacht was a Vice President at Lazard, where he spent 10 years in their Technology Investment Banking business, having worked in both their New York and London offices. Mr. Christnacht has advised a number of technology clients on M&A transactions, including Network International on its cornerstone investment from Mastercard and acquisition of DPO, Planet on its acquisition of 3C Payment, PayPal on its acquisition of iZettle, EQT on the sale of its stake in Sportradar to CPPIB and TCV, TF1 Group on the acquisition of aufeminin from Axel Springer, VocaLink on its sale to Mastercard, Optimal Payments on its reverse acquisition of Skrill and its move to the main market, 21st Century Fox on its sale of Sky Italy and Sky Germany to BSkyB, Xchanging on its sale to CSC, Hg Capital on its sale of Addison Software to Wolters Kluwer, 2e2 and Duke Street on the acquisition of Morse plc., Catalina Marketing on its sale to Hellman & Friedman and Major League Gaming on its strategic investment from Oak Investment Partners. Mr. Christnacht holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance from ESCP-EAP in Paris.
