Nathan Graf is a Senior Managing Director of the firm’s corporate advisory business. Mr. Graf focuses on advising companies in the information and media sectors. Before his investment banking career, Mr. Graf was CEO at World Leaders Entertainment, an independent animation production company, vice president at UVentures, an online technology transfer company, a consultant at the Applied Decision Analysis subsidiary of PricewaterhouseCoopers, and a high school math and chemistry teacher at the American School of Paris. Mr. Graf received a BA in Chemistry & Physics, with honors, from Harvard University, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
