Bio

Nate Littlefield is a Managing Director in Evercore’s Corporate Advisory business focused on Aerospace, Defense and Government Services and Diversified Industrials. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Littlefield was at Barclays, where he advised on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions. He began his career as a journalist covering business and economics for The Atlantic. At Evercore, Mr. Littlefield has advised General Electric on the announced separation of GE Healthcare and Baker Hughes; CSRA on its sale to General Dynamics; Harris on the sale of its Government IT Services business to Veritas; Sequa on its restructuring; Bridge Growth Partners on its merger of CRGT with Salient Federal Solutions; and Altegrity on its restructuring and sale of Kroll Factual Data. Mr. Littlefield holds a B.A. in History from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. He is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
