Miles Hinderliter is a Managing Director in Evercore’s Corporate Advisory business. He is focused on advising clients across the food and beverage sector. At Evercore, Mr. Hinderliter’s notable deals include: Boll & Branch’s sale to L Catterton, Kellogg’s sale of Keebler Brands to Ferrero, KDP’s acquisition of Core Nutrition, Pilgrim’s Pride’s acquisition of Moy Park, and Cott’s sale of their Traditional Beverage business to Refresco Gerber. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Hinderliter was a Director in the Global Consumer Retail Group at Barclays. Before that, Mr. Hinderliter was a Senior Engineer at Lockheed Martin in the Aeronautics Division. Mr. Hinderliter received his B.S. in Materials Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an M.B.A. from Emory University.
