Bio

Brad David is a senior managing director in the firm’s corporate advisory business. Based in Los Angeles, he is focused on advising financial sponsor clients on the West Coast. Mr. David has over 20 years of industry experience and has been a trusted advisor to financial sponsors for more than a decade. He most recently was a managing director in Credit Suisse‘s financial sponsors group, where he was responsible for many of the firm’s important private equity client relationships. Mr. David has advised on M&A and capital markets transactions for a number of private equity clients, including Ares, Clearlake Capital, Francisco Partners, Genstar Capital, Leonard Green & Partners, and Oaktree Capital Management. Mr. David holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a B.S. from Samford University.
