Anand Marathe is a Managing Director in the firm’s corporate advisory business with a focus on the healthcare services sector. Prior to joining Evercore in 2015, Mr. Marathe was a Director in Barclays’ healthcare investment banking group. Mr. Marathe has extensive advisory experience across multiple sub-sectors in healthcare including managed care, healthcare IT, PBMs, pharma outsourced services, physician outsourced services, and acute and post-acute providers. In addition, Mr. Marathe has executed numerous debt and equity financing transactions. Mr. Marathe received a B.S. in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University and received an MBA from Columbia University.
