Mrs. Fox joined EVE in 2011. Prior to joining EVE, Mrs. Fox was with Driver, McAfee, Peek & Hawthorne’s M&A practice in Jacksonville, Florida. Mrs. Fox’s legal background has focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, securities and contracts. Currently, Mrs. Fox oversees the legal aspects of acquisition diligence and documentation and post-closing corporate governance. Mrs. Fox has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1995. Mrs. Fox holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, with honors, from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Stetson University.
