Fausto is a founding partner of Ethica Group, as well as Chief Executive Officer of Ethica Corporate Finance and member of the Board of Directors of Ethica Debt Advisory, Ethica Global Investments and Amaranto Investment SIM. Fausto boasts twenty years’ experience in extraordinary finance transactions, with a specific focus on the “Consumer & Retail”, “Pharma & Healthcare” and “Industrial” sectors. Fausto has covered and covers the role of independent member of the Board of Directors in a number of important companies in the “Consumer & Retail” sector. He was previously Director at Arner Corporate Finance and Manager of the M&A division at Euromobiliare Investment Bank-Abaxbank, handling M&A transactions for medium-sized companies. Fausto began his career at KPMG, where he was responsible for Audit and Transaction Services. He has a degree in Business Economics from Milan’s Bocconi University.
