Todd is a Partner in Ernst & Young’s Transaction Services Practice, specializing in the mergers and acquisitions and reorganizations. Prior to joining Ernst & Young in 2005, Todd served in Deloitte & Touche’s mergers and acquisitions practice in Los Angeles and the New York mergers and acquisitions tax practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has over 21 years of experience in providing M&A services. Todd received a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Michigan State University in 1994, as well as a Masters of Business Administration and a Masters of Science in Taxation from Fordham University in 1999. Todd is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.
