Steven has more than 25 years of executive and transaction experience with a variety of organizations in the areas of operations, information technology, customer service, engineering and general management. Advises clients in both integration and separation using his operational experience to drive value realization. He has extensive experience across the M&A lifecycle including synergy identification and realization, pre- and post-close integration, and Day One readiness. Steven has extensive experience in customer operations, manufacturing strategy and optimization, supply chain improvement, IT operations and development, and large-scale program management. His industry experience includes medical devices, utilities, technology, automotive, financial services and plastics.
