Mr. Dengel provides business valuation and merger and acquisition advisory services as a Managing Director with Emory & Co. Mr. Dengel has more than twenty years of investment banking experience providing hundreds of valuations of closely held companies and their securities. Prior to joining Emory & Co., Mr. Dengel worked at Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated in its Investment Banking Group. Prior to joining Baird, Mr. Dengel worked for three years at Price Waterhouse in Washington, DC, as a Senior Consultant in its Management Science and Economics Group. Prior to that he worked for Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in New York City as a Legal Assistant. He serves on the Board of Prevent Blindness Wisconsin and is a member of the Rotary Club of Milwaukee. Mr. Dengel received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with majors in Finance and Accounting, and received a BA from Williams College with a major in Economics.
