Han Lee is a Vice President at EA Markets. Prior to joining EA, Han worked at Imperial Capital where he gained sell-side experience across various industries in leveraged finance, capital markets, M&A, SPAC, and restructuring transactions. Han previously worked for Andersen and Vantage Point Advisors specializing in business valuation and working on a variety of projects including, fairness and solvency opinions, debt and convertible equity raise consultations, share-based compensation valuations, litigation support valuations, and purchase price allocations. Han received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
