Mr. Kramer has more than thirty years of experience advising on some of the most relevant and complex transactions of the last three decades. Prior to forming Ducera, Mr. Kramer was a Partner at Perella Weinberg Partners, a member of its Management Committee, Global Head of its Restructuring Practice, U.S. Head of its Technology, Media & Telecom and Power Practices. Previously, Mr. Kramer was a Founding Partner of Kramer Capital Partners. Prior to Kramer Capital Partners, Mr. Kramer was a Partner at Greenhill, a member of its Management Committee and Global Head of its Restructuring Practice. Prior to Greenhill, Mr. Kramer was a Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey, a member of its Board of Directors, Co-Head of its Global Restructuring Practice, and various other senior positions. Mr. Kramer earned a BS from the California State University at Northridge.
