Maximilian Dietzsch-Doertenbach, Managing Partner, founded Doertenbach & Co. GmbH in 1989 with the aim of bringing international processes of investment banking and corporate finance advisory to medium-sized transactions for more efficient capital provision in this area. Accordingly, his work has included advising on numerous, mostly cross-border, corporate transactions. Before then he was entrusted with establishing and managing the Mergers & Acquisitions Department at Deutsche Bank AG’s head office in Frankfurt after handling numerous other responsibilities (IPOs and other capital market transactions) within the Corporate Finance division in Frankfurt, New York and London. Before joining Deutsche Bank AG in 1982 he worked as an auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. Maximilian Dietzsch-Doertenbach studied business administration at the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) with a major in finance and accounting.
