Milo McCausland is a Vice President at District Capital Partners. Prior to joining DCP, Milo was an Investment Banking Vice President with Houlihan Lokey’s Government Technology Services team where he worked on a variety of M&A transactions for founder-owned and private equity-backed companies. Prior, Milo spent four years as an Investment Banking Associate and Vice President at Deloitte Corporate Finance, where he advised founder-owned, middle-market clients on M&A and capital raising transactions in the Technology, Healthcare, and Industrials industries. He has advised on full sale, minority/structured equity, and capital raise transactions. Milo has an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and a degree in Finance from Tulane University.
