Erin Lucien is a Managing Director with District Capital Partners. Prior to joining DCP, Erin was the founder of Springstone Advisory Services, where she led M&A transactions and managed corporate development and M&A strategic planning initiatives for technology and business services companies. Erin began her investment banking career with Updata Capital, where she advised on public and private M&A and financing transactions for technology firms with a predominant focus on advising software and IT services companies. During her career spanning over 20 years, Erin has advised on a wide range of middle market transactions through roles at Updata Capital, Kipps DeSanto, Agility Advisors and Interpro. Erin currently serves on the Advisory Board of Summit Consulting, a quantitative and management consulting firm, and on the Board of Directors of CASA for Children of DC, a non-profit providing a leading voice for court-involved youth in the District of Columbia. Erin has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.
