Bio

Matthew is a Director of Devonshire Corporate Finance Limited, where he acts as lead advisor on acquisitions, disposals and fundraising. He focuses on providing proactive support and advice to clients to help deliver their objectives. Matthew joined the group in 1998 after graduating from the University of Warwick with a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2001 and has since specialised in corporate finance. During his time at Devonshire, Matthew has led a number of lead advisory transactions and gained valuable experience servicing a wide spectrum of clients. He has a keen interest in international transactions and has first hand experience of Far Eastern projects.
