Marc is Managing Director and founder of Devonshire Corporate Finance Ltd. He has worked in a variety of projects. His role is to support and manage client engagements, in mergers and acquisitions and fund raising for both listed and private companies. As Managing Director of Devonshire Corporate Finance Ltd. Marc focuses on all aspects of deal origination, negotiation and structuring for business in the mid market. Marc is qualified with both the ACCA and ICAEW, holds the ICAEW’s Corporate Finance (CF) qualification and is a Member of the Securities Institute. He sits on the Executive Committee of the ICAEW’s Corporate Finance Faculty and is regularly asked to speak at conferences and seminars and contribute to national and trade publications.
