Anneli has more than 20 years experience advising on international deal structuring for both corporates and private equity. Before recently joining Deloitte, She was Global Head of M&A Tax at KPMG and has also previously run their International Tax Group and was Head of Tax for the Infrastructure, Government, Health and PE group. Past experiences include a 16 month secondment to Diageo's M&A team to assist with a series of non-core disposals as well as 12 months working on E&Y's UK tax desk in New York advising US groups on European tax issues.
