Robert Lee is a Managing Director at DelMorgan & Co. Mr. Lee brings more than 30 years of executive leadership in corporate development, venture capital, start-ups, strategy consulting and global operations. Prior to joining DelMorgan, Mr. Lee was the Managing Director at China Oceanwide USA, where he was responsible for crafting, building, managing and growing a newly formed private equity platform. Mr. Lee was also the Founding General Partner at KT Venture Group, a broad based technology VC firm. Prior to launching the VC fund, Mr. Lee was the Vice President of the M&A Group at KLA-Tencor. Previously, Mr. Lee was the Managing Director at CrossPath Group, a strategy consulting firm focused on start-up ecosystems. Mr. Lee’s projects included a newly formed incubator, a boutique M&A Asian cross-border advisory firm, capital raising and various start-ups advisory/coaching. Prior to CrossPath, Mr. Lee served as a Managing Director of The Brenner Group, focused on partnering with VCs and their portfolio start-ups in financial management (interim CFO), financial advisory services (M&A), business valuations and restructuring services. In addition, Mr. Lee was the Managing Director at Smart Solar International, a cleantech start-up with technology spinoff from the University of Tokyo. Before his start-up leadership experience, Mr. Lee led worldwide business operations at Cymer. Mr. Lee has also held various executive management positions, including worldwide post-merger integrated operations at KLA-Tencor. He began his career at Sempra Energy. Mr. Lee holds an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.S. engineering degree from Harvey Mudd College.
