Mr. Finkelstein is a Managing Director at DelMorgan & Co., having joined the firm in 2016. Mr. Finkelstein is the founder of Behind the Scenes/Virtual COO, a consulting company providing operational structure, financial stability and management “virtually” to companies that are just getting started, well-established, or ready to take their business to the next level. Over the past twelve years, he has served as a virtual COO for companies in the banking, retail, education, entertainment, hospitality, and health and wellness industries. Mr. Finkelstein is the former Executive Director of Karrass Ltd., a global leader in corporate training focusing on Leadership and Negotiation Skills, whose clients over the past 45 years have included 70% of the Fortune 500. He produced the very successful multi-speaker event, Wealth Builders Summit, with unprecedented lineups of business experts. Mr. Finkelstein was formerly the Managing Director of Christopher Howard Companies, a training institute focusing on self-development for professional and personal growth, overseeing business on four continents. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Operations for Sports Source Inc., with the responsibility of managing its logistics and operations, sales and purchasing, manufacturing and distribution, marketing, and a thriving e-commerce business as it supplied sporting goods to most big-box and national retail chains across the country. His work history includes management positions for companies such as Target Corporation and Columbia Pictures, overseeing as many as 700 employees. Mr. Finkelstein’s diverse background also includes 3½ years as part of the management team of the band Guns N’ Roses, traveling to over 40 countries and helping to generate one the most successful tours of all time. Mr. Finkelstein is a graduate of UCLA, where he earned a degree in Political Science with a focus on Constitutional Law and Economics.
