Prasanna Shetty is a Managing Director at DelMorgan & Co. An accomplished business leader with over 20 years as operator and consultant (including Fortune 500 companies), Mr. Shetty has diverse industry experience with various industry leaders, including industrial, aviation, life sciences, retail, food service and distribution, automotive, building products, consumer products. Mr. Shetty has held leadership roles at Alvarez and Marsal (A&M), Aramark International and Masonite International, and he has experience working with corporate clients, investors, and private equity firms and their portfolio clients. Mr. Shetty has provided business advisory services across the investment lifecycle, delivering results through leadership and decisive action. He has worked on value creation, EBITDA improvement, process improvement, program / project management (PMO), mergers and acquisition support (carve-outs and divestitures, due diligence, and post-merger integration) and has also supported transformations, turnarounds and restructurings. Mr. Shetty has expertise in 13-week cash flow, liquidity analysis, bankruptcy / Chapter 11, and financial modeling. Earlier in his career, Mr. Shetty worked at Tyco International, Barnes Group, and Godrej Group, primarily in operational roles. Mr. Shetty received his B.E. in Production Engineering from The Institution of Engineers (India) and his M.B.A. from the The University of Akron, Ohio. Mr. Shetty was also a Six Sigma Black Belt trained at Tyco International.
