Ivano Panetti is a Managing Director at DelMorgan & Co. He has more than twenty years of investment banking, private equity, venture capital, asset management and corporate strategy experience. He has also served in numerous board director and c-level positions and has led investments into a wide range of industries, including technology, financial services, medical device, real estate, manufacturing and consumer products. Prior to joining DelMorgan, Mr. Panetti was Senior Advisor at BCP, a premium provider of cross-border M&A transaction advice to sophisticated, qualified institutional and individual clients. Prior to that, he was Managing Director at MCP, a private equity firm, where he originated, negotiated and executed several acquisitions of medical technology and manufacturing companies. In addition, Mr. Panetti served as CIO at Netway Capital, a global macro long/short private investment firm. Mr. Panetti has also led multiple corporate exits including turnaround and restructuring situations and prepped companies for sale. Mr. Panetti earned his degree in Political Science at the University of Padua, Italy, with concentrations in Finance and Economics.
