Cand.polit (Ms.Econ). Morten has more than 20 years of experience in advisory services on M&As, IPOs, secondary and private placements, and has advised small as well as some of the largest Danish enterprises on M&A, equity capital markets and financial communications. Morten worked with Nordea Securities for seven years, HSH Corporate Finance for six years, and a number of years as adviser, partner and CEO of one of the leading Danish agencies focusing on strategic and financial communication.
