Yong Sin, with over 18 years’ experience in investment banking, is part of our DC Advisory Singapore team and responsible for M&A origination and execution in Southeast Asia. Prior to working at DC Advisory, he worked in Merrill Lynch’s Investment Banking Coverage team for Singapore and Malaysia, Deutsche Bank’s Investment Banking Coverage team for Singapore, and DBS Bank’s M&A Advisory team for Asia. He has substantial expertise in M&A advisory and Equity Capital Markets, having advised on and executed numerous transactions across various industry sectors in Asia, Middle East and Africa; from buy-sides, sell-sides, takeovers and reverse takeovers, to IPOs, equity and equity-linked placements, and rights issues.
