Ron Dersch commands an extensive depth of business and financial expertise, which includes over ten years in the energy sector with a Fortune 500 petroleum service corporation and six years in numerous commercial banking positions with a Schedule A chartered bank, all prior to spending more than fifteen years in the investment banking industry. After helping to establish the PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance & Investment Banking practice in the prairie region, Ron founded DAI Capital Advisors Inc. Ron's clients appreciate his integrity, honesty, and direct approach. Through his established network of private and institutional capital funders and intuitive understanding of the market, he has earned their trust and respect. Ron specializes in mid-market advisory transactions with a focus on private capital markets. Ron holds the Corporate Finance ("CF") designation from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants ("CICA"), and Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor ("CM&AA") designation from Loyola University. Ron is a co-founder of the Association for Corporate Growth ("ACG") and is a past faculty member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta CFO Leadership program.
