Steve O’Donnell is a Managing Director for the Investment Banking group focusing on the Technology market. He has more than 20 years of experience focused on M&A advisory and growth-capital raising services for emerging growth companies across enterprise and vertical SaaS, technology-enabled business services and payments sectors. Prior to joining D.A. Davidson, Steve was a managing director and co-head of the technology investment banking group at Stephens Inc. He also held a leadership role at ThinkEquity LLC, and served as managing director and co-head of the software and technology services investment banking group at RBC Capital Markets, LLC. Steve holds an MBA in finance from Duke University and a bachelor’s degree from Boston College.
