Joe Morgan is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Technology Banking. He brings a wealth of experience and expertise advising clients across a range of technology verticals, but has a keen focus on software as a service. He has led more than 100 advisory and financing assignments over his 20-year career, representing more than $8.0 billion in transaction value. Before joining D.A. Davidson, Joe served as a Managing Director and Director of Technology Investment Banking at Wedbush Securities. Previously, he has held positions in the Technology Investment Banking units of Signal Hill Capital, Montgomery & Co., and J.P. Morgan. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley, where he was also a varsity letter winner and team captain in swimming.
