Brien Rowe is a Managing Director for the Investment Banking group, focusing on Consumer and Retail. He brings a wealth of experience and expertise advising clients across a range of branded lifestyle sectors. His client advisory experience encompasses a range of areas, including numerous public equity and bond offerings, and a wide range of M&A transactions in contemporary fashion, street-wear, action and board sports, outdoor, apparel and accessories, beauty and personal care, food & restaurants, hotels & resorts, and gaming. He has advised on transactions involving brands such as Too Faced Cosmetics, Fox Head, Huf, Globe International, Incase Designs, prAana, DC Shoes, Vail Resorts, and Mirage Resorts. Before joining D.A. Davidson, Brien served as Managing Director and Head of Apparel, Retail & Lifestyle Brands with Intrepid Investment Bankers. Previously, he co-founded The Sage Group, LLC, where he was a Managing Director and head of the firm’s Lifestyle Brands practice. He has also been a Managing Director at ING Barings, as well as an investment banker in the Hospitality, Gaming and Leisure Group of Schroder & Co.’s Corporate Finance Group and with the LBO Group of GE Capital Corporate Finance. Brien holds an MBA from the University of Southern California, and a bachelor’s degree and certificate in financial planning from the University of California at Los Angeles.
