Bio

Nick has spent 30 years involved with mining finance, first as a lawyer in London before joining Warrior (predecessor company to CF&Co) then CF&Co at its inception in 2000. After a degree in Oceanography with Geology at Southampton University, Nick qualified as a solicitor with Freshfields in 1993, working on public and private corporate finance transactions. In 1997 he joined Warrior International. Since then he has worked on a wide range of mining finance transactions including mergers and acquisitions, corporate and project finance and joint ventures. In 2009 he moved to Canada and set up CF&Co’s Toronto office before returning to London in 2014. Nick is CF&Co’s Compliance Officer. Nick joined CF&Co at its foundation in 2000.
