Mr. Britton received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and his Bachelor of Science in Business and Chemistry from the University of Richmond where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and first in his class. He is on the Board of the South Florida Region of the American Committee for the Weizmann Institute of Science and is the President of The Wharton School Alumni Association (South Florida chapter).Mr. Britton is a senior Investment Banker with extensive M&A, corporate finance and private equity experience coupled with operating expertise. With over twenty years of experience, Mr. Britton’s breadth of expertise covers mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, capital raising and comprehensive business strategy for privately held and public companies. Mr. Britton has extensive transaction experience both at CrossKeys, and in his previous roles on Wall Street. Having successfully completed numerous domestic and international sell and buy side transactions, capital raises, IPOs, as well as advised on and executed growth strategies and turnaround plans on behalf of clients, Mr. Britton is respected as a strategic partner and a trusted advisor to business owners and their families, management, Boards of Directors and investors. Demonstrating further ability, Mr. Britton has performed strategic development roles on behalf of Boards, investors and equity funds to structure and grow companies, and has assisted in the development and implementation of strategies by executing M&A, alliance and partnership strategies. He has worked at Morgan Stanley & Company in New York City; at Ryder System in Miami, where he participated in a leveraged buyout of the truck rental unit; and at OutSource International, where he raised private capital, took the company public, and led over 40 transactions.
