Justin is a Vice President at Cross Keys Capital and joined the firm in 2016. Justin received an M.B.A and B.S.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University where he also was a four-year starter and two-year-Captain on the men’s basketball team. Justin joined Cross Keys Capital as an analyst and quickly worked his way up the ladder where he eventually became the youngest Vice President in the Company’s history. During his tenure at Cross Keys Capital, Justin has closed transactions in a wide variety of industries, including Aerospace & Defense, Environmental Services, Healthcare Services, Industrial Services, Insurance, Niche Manufacturing, and more. Outside of leading and executing transactions, Justin spends time speaking on various panels in South Florida regarding business owner planning and transitions.
