Bio

Andrew is a Managing Director at Cross Keys Capital and joined the firm in 2017. He has more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, operations, and entrepreneurship. Andrew began his career in the investment banking department at Merrill Lynch in New York, where he spent 15 years as a Managing Director, and executed more than $120 billion of M&A, equity and debt transactions for companies in the technology, media and telecom sectors. In between, he served as CEO of a mobile payment, social networking and gifting business in the hospitality industry. Andrew received a B.S. in Mathematics, cum laude, with a concentration in Business and Finance from Vanderbilt University.
