Mr. Brody has over 13 years of merger and acquisition, financial analysis and structured finance experience. At Creative Health Capital, his primary responsibilities include analyzing principle investments, supporting portfolio companies’ growth and positioning the businesses for exit opportunities. Mr. Brody also provides investment banking solutions, including mergers and acquisition advisory, capital structure advisory and capital raising services. Prior to joining Creative Health Capital in August 2016, Mr. Brody provided transaction advisory services at KPMG and Riveron Consulting. He also managed acquisitions and integrations at Sonova, a global hearing healthcare company. Mr. Brody’s experience has positioned him to successfully execute transactions and support management during periods of rapid growth, providing limited partners superior returns. Mr. Brody earned a Masters of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Mr. Brody is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst.
