Greg McGowan is a Managing Director, Mergers and Acquisitions at Cowen. Mr. McGowan has over 17 years of investment banking experience advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital raising initiatives. Mr. McGowan has middle market transaction experience in a number of industries including business services, distribution, diversified industrials, and transportation. Prior to joining Cowen, Mr. McGowan was a founding member and Partner at Quarton International, where he led a variety of middle market investment banking engagements. He also held positions at W.Y. Campbell & Company and Deloitte Corporate Finance prior to joining Quarton International. Mr. McGowan has a B.A. from Michigan State University and a M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
