Grant joined Covington Associates as a Director in 2010 bringing more than a decade of diversified M&A and strategic advisory experience serving middle-market and emerging growth companies. Prior to joining Covington Associates, Grant was a Senior Vice President at Stonebridge Associates where he focused on M&A transactions in healthcare and technology. Previously, he was a Vice President at Jefferies & Company responsible for executing M&A transactions across a variety of industries, including healthcare services, media, technology, and telecom. Grant has also worked at middle-market investment banking platforms such as SG Cowen and Prudential Securities. Earlier in his career, Grant worked overseas in a corporate finance consulting role at Coopers & Lybrand in Riga, Latvia. Grant earned his Bachelor of Arts from Columbia College and his MBA from Columbia Business School.
