Bio

Brad is a Managing Director in the Memphis office, also serving on CFA's Board of Directors. Brad has successfully completed transactions in a variety of sectors including: passenger transportation, medical manufacturing, business services (B2B), electronic contract manufacturing, security services, 3rd party logistics, and healthcare supply chain, among many others. Brad assists both privately held and publicly traded companies in acquisitions and divestitures, and works extensively with private equity and strategic acquirers. Also, Brad oversees the day to day operations and strategic planning for the Memphis office. Brad began his career working as an analyst for a utility software firm in Beijing, China. Later Brad worked for a global investment bank, and a national Certified Public Accounting firm where he performed audit, review, tax, and Sarbanes-Oxley work for clients. Brad is an active member of the TN Society of CPA's, the AICPA, and is an active member in the Association for Corporate Growth (former treasurer). He currently holds FINRA Series 7, 79, and 63 in addition to his active CPA license.
