Colin R. Knudsen has over 30 years of experience in the investment banking industry. His focus is on Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT) sectors. Prior to re-joining CDP, Mr. Knudsen served as Managing Director, Investment Banking at BTIG. Before joining BTIG, he co-founded CDP and served as Managing Director for a dozen years. Prior to CDP, Mr. Knudsen served for 18 years in the Investment Banking Divisions of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Credit Suisse, acting as Co-Head of both firm’s Internet Infrastructure Services Group. He was a member of the DLJ’s New Economy Investment Fund and was a two-time recipient of DLJ’s Super Achiever Award. Mr. Knudsen holds a BA from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business.
