Dave Pieton is a managing director in CLA’s investment banking group and brings 35 years of privately-held business advisory experience in relation to M&A, valuation and tax planning. Dave resides in the Pittsburgh, PA office of CLA. Prior to CLA, Dave was a founding shareholder of a regional accounting firm which was acquired by CLA in 2015. Dave has led, advised on and completed numerous transactions in transportation, equipment rental, branded products, consumer food, construction, service businesses, insurance, financial service companies and health-care.
