Bio

Bruce co-founded ClearRidge with Matthew in 2008 and has previously been Owner, President, CEO, CFO and COO in multiple manufacturing, distribution, retail and automotive companies. Bruce bought his first business right after graduating high school. In the forty years since, and even during college and graduate school, he has been involved in buying and selling companies. Bruce has led countless (200+) M&A projects, restructuring assignments, and stressed divestitures for midsized companies. His business transaction experience includes the above industries and extends to pipeline services, oilfield services, plastics, chemicals, professional services, pet products, engineering, telecommunications, midstream energy services, flare and combustion, turnarounds and maintenance, systems integration, software, building supplies, food processing, agriculture and waste management. He holds Series 62, 63 and 79 securities licenses and is a registered investment banker with M&A Securities Group, Inc., member FINRA/SiPC. Bruce earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University. He is a Certified Turnaround Professional, CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting. Bruce also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt designation.
