Bio

Dirk Freiland has 15 years of experience in M&A and corporate finance. Prior to Clairfield Germany, he was partner of a mid-sized M&A firm in southern Germany. Before that he worked as senior manager at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) in strategy and change management where he ultimately became responsible for building the M&A team and activities for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In the beginning of his professional career he worked in the R&D department of Alcatel. Dirk studied mechanical engineering, electronics, and computer science at the University of Applied Sciences of Esslingen/Stuttgart and Paris.
